摘要：

深入貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記“四個(gè)革命、一個(gè)合作”能源安全新戰(zhàn)略，安全高效發(fā)展核能，是推進(jìn)能源革命的必然選擇。核能的發(fā)展空間和市場(chǎng)前景非常廣闊。核能在共建“一帶一路”等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。中核集團(tuán)形成了完整的核工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈體系,加強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新形成了先進(jìn)的核科技創(chuàng)新體系,具備了多種型號(hào)、多種功能的全品類產(chǎn)品體系,具有專業(yè)化建造經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力優(yōu)勢(shì)，積極致力于推動(dòng)核能全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈“走出去”。中核集團(tuán)倡議，要深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，著力解決核電經(jīng)濟(jì)性問(wèn)題，解決“卡脖子”問(wèn)題等制約因素，保持核能發(fā)展的連續(xù)性；要堅(jiān)持安全發(fā)展，加強(qiáng)公眾溝通,增強(qiáng)社會(huì)公眾的信心。

Abstract:

It has been the inevitable choice for energy revolution to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's new energy security strategy of “Four Revolutions and One Cooperation" and develop nuclear energy safely and efficiently. The development space and market prospects are considerable for nuclear power. Nuclear power plays an important role in co-construction of The Belt and Road. CNNC has formed a complete nuclear industry chain system; strongly promotes technological innovation of nuclear power; possessed multi-model and multi-purpose products system; and gains advantages of professional experience and capability in nuclear power engineering construction in order to promote “go global” process of the whole nuclear industry chain. Therefore, CNNC advocates that: to promote innovation and cooperation for further structural reform on the supply side; to improve the economy of nuclear power; to carry out technical research to break through bottlenecks such as cut-throat problems in order to achieve the continuity of development; to promote safe development; to strengthen public communication and enhance public confidence in nuclear power development.
